Employers' Liability

Employers’ Liability is compulsory for all companies with five or more employees.  It covers an organisation’s liability for injury or disease to their employees arising out of their employment.

With one million injuries and 2.3 million cases of ill health suffered by UK workers every year, employers’ liability claims have spiralled – and companies are paying the price with escalating insurance premiums.
